Lost side scroll bar Google Chrome.

I seem to have lost the side scroll bar in Chrome.
It briefly appears as this site is loading but then promptly disappears !
I've had to use Firefox to post this as I can't get to the "view all boards" button on the front forum page.
I've not changed any settings and other sites are unaffected. I seem to remember having this problem a year or two back and can't remeber how I solved it !
