They are not end user adjustable as far as i'm aware. Have you checked on the Bright app whether the data is being transmitted to the DCC? Sometimes it's a data entry issue with the supplier.
Only Gas Meter showing under DCC Sourced. .
On the screen of the electricity meter, is there a set of bars showing the HAN signal strength?
Just a mo I will take a look.
Appears to be 3 bars and the wan and han red lights are blinking

That makes me think the electricity meter is connected to the HAN. The problem is probably internal to the meter or hub (more likely to be software than hardware).
Your supplier should be able to send a remote reset signal to your comms hub. This might help. Have they done this yet? (I'm guessing not ...)

Pedant warning. Communications Hubs are a DCC-managed asset. The supplier has 2 options: one, it can make a request to the DCC for a remote hub reset OR it can send out an engineer to pull the main fuse for 15 minutes.

Or the OP can employ their own sparky to pull the main fuse briefly. Though not all will.

If you look at BRIGHT App, Settings, Consent and Meter Management, click on the ‘>’ to the right of MPAN or MPRN, you should see Meter Point Details and 4 devices: Gas Proxy; Electricity Meter; Gas Meter and Communications Hub.

If any of these devices are missing you should report this to your supplier. Note: the gas proxy meter is located within the communications hub.

No current supplier is Shell and they are hopeless in my eyes. I have sent them a request anyway. Maybe Santa will be kind. ~(:O))
