    Correct. You were happy with them at the original price, but prices change over time. 
    Airlines use demand based pricing, so will drop the price of certain flights to encourage more people to book if it's quieter than expected. 
    If the price had risen £700, would you be calling them to pay the difference? 

    This is perfectly normal, all airlines do it.
