Pension savings credit (not guaranteed pension credit) - does it unlock any other advantages?

MY OAP relative (79/F if it makes a difference) is currently in receipt of *Guaranteed* Pension Credit - she owns her own home and has savings of under 10k, the basic state pension is around £150 a week and she gets a top up of around £25 per week.
The *guaranteed* pension credit also means that she receives 100% council tax reduction, free denistry, free TV licence plus a few other things.
She is selling her house and downsizing, meaning she'll have around £40,000 in capital left over and so obviously will no longer need, or be eligible for, guaranteed pension credit, however using the gov.uk calculator it looks like she might be eligible for a small amount of pension savings credit - literally a few pennies but nonetheless she is eligible for this.
Is there anybody in receipt of the pension *savings* credit (not guaranteed pension credit) that can tell me if pension savings credit unlocks any other advanatages? Googling just takes me round in circles and you can see what guaranteed pension credit offers but very little info as to whether savings credit offers anything beyond the few pence a week.
