If you're going to use ChatGPT, at least do some editing that takes out all the mushy niceties. Sentences like "I appreciate your attention to my request" are typical bovine testicles that the lawyers have insisted the system should use so as not to cause any offence.

You need to be going in forcefully and letting them know that you will not be bullied or fobbed off by them. Why are you "appreciating" their attention to your SAR request only now? You should tell them that it is too late and that they should "appreciate" the fact that the ICO has now been informed and they can expect a response from them.

Why are you signing a letter which is threatening legal recourse with "Regards"? This is not social media with all the associated luvvy duvvie excrement. Sign any formal letter with "Yours faithfully,".

You should have already initiated your ICO complaint. Here is a link you can use to start it:

Don't use idle threats as they will use this against you. Just do it.

Well well well.... still got a month left till the hearing date but good news! Another one indeed bites the dust!

We act for the Claimant in the above matter.  

 

Our client has instructed us to discontinue Court proceedings and close our file. Therefore, please find enclosed the Claimant’s N279 Notice of Discontinuance for your records.  

 

The attached has also been filed with the Court. 

 

We will now proceed to close our file accordingly.

We need you - as a genuine PPC victim of aggression, sharp practice and an 'extortion' attempt to add £70 - to respond robustly to the Public Consultation on the level of parking charges and banning of the false added DRA 'fee' that too many honest motorists currently fall victim to.

It will need consumer input (powerful voices) but change is afoot. It's taken about 5 years to get to this stage:
