I didn't state explicitly who was driving but did day she had paid the £1 parking fee but had stayed over 2 hours in error.
OK.  And you did it in her name, or is this your PCN because you are the keeper and you did it in your name?

Obviously, as long as the appellant keeper DID NOT tick 'driver' on any menu of choices on that website, then she will win at POPLA due to that PCN being posted too late for keeper liability.  You know that from the NEWBIES thread that explains it.

The 4 SIP ones myst be ignored until she (the keeper?) gets a Letter before/of Claim 'LBC').  Again, see NEWBIES thread but the 2nd post this time.

DO NOT PAY IT FOR HER. THAT IS NOT HELPING FIGHT THE SCAM AND IT DOESN'T NEED TO BE PAID.  DO NOT BE SPOOKED BY LAUGHABLE £170 PER PCN DEBT DEMANDS FROM SIP.

Come back re the SIP ones and start a new thread if a LBC arrives.ideally get her to post here (new thread about the SIP ones) but only at LBC stage.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

  • Thank you so much for your help on this.  I'm going to go back to the Newbies thread and re read the sections you've mentioned.

The PCN is in her name as she's the registered keeper..I just did the appeal as her as I opened the letter!

I'll take your advice and do nothing with them and see what happens.  I'm scared at the thought but seeing all of the success stories on this site has given me confidence!

    Thank you again
