Whilst I was relieved to receive the letter, I am cross! They have taken my time away from my family, taken away hours of my time and caused unnecessary worry for 4 years!!! I hope my own story and case somehow supports others in a similar situation.

There was a so called director of the BPA who left the BPA to join DCBL
and calls himself ... TECHNICAL PARKING CONSULTANT ?

This is the same man who allowed the mega ZZPS / OSNER fake add-on scam.

It seems that DCBL have been hoodwinked into believing total rubbish especially from UKPC .... but DCBL still freely walk into a chicken pen

In this case, it is a man who approved a fake add-on scam, the OSNER scam, who is on the board of the BPA

This so called TECHNICAL PARKING CONSULTANT knows full well that UKPC signs are rubbish as are many OTHERS, seems DCBL believe him and that is why DCBL are left with egg on their face who have now become the biggest joke in the legal industry
