There is usually a code for free delivery for the Book People on the voucher board so you don't need a minimum spend. HTH

Wow, ths thread moved quickly! Guess everyone's typing to keep their fingers warm :D Yes, I've only caught up as far as the heating chat so far! I feel the cold a lot with my illness so it's real challenge for me, being at home all day as well. I have been known to keep the heating on all day (overriding the timers) but I'm now sat huddled up in my OH's massive yak wool coat with fleece lining from Nepal - can you feel the warmth? :D I was going to suggest wearing gloves in the house too - you can get those thin liner ones for mountaineering so you can still use your hands fine but they insulate really well. They're not that cheap but if it means you keep the heating off a lot more... Try Freecycle etc of course, you never know. I have a pair in my loft from my 'former life' so I'll be digging those out! Thanks for all the tips re heating so far, been making a note of the ones I can apply. Did most of budget with OH today, few things to clarify and then I can finalise my amount tomorrow. OH could be a challenge so if I can't get him on board totally may do it alone as well. Had to buy anti-freeze for my poorly car, figured it would've been false economy not to, but if it doesn'y sort itself soon I may have to get a new one!!
