I've updated my signature as all the DD's have now been taken out. The food spending was quite small & most of it was spend at the butchers on 2 huge gammon joints, I froze them both, one cooked & sliced, the other one uncooked, to use when we next have all the kids round. there is 15 of us if all the kids visit with husbands, wives & kids.

Was in Tesco last night and they had a Mamas and Papas pram set, with travel cot and high chair reduced from 29.99 to 9.99 my mum bought one as a pressie, I couldnt think of anyone to buy it for, not sure if it is on website this was instore. The bad news is as I was at the shops I spent £28.38 in Tesco and 18.18 in Asda when it wasnt even my day to shop:eek: but I live 15 miles from the nearest supermarket so if I'm up I cant miss the opportunity to grab some groceries hopefully it will all shake out at the end of the week. Today though has been a NSD:j .

with our collections we just pay later. An envelope comes round, you just just initial it, tick it if you have paid & written in the card or write pay later.
We not expected to put loads in usually I just put in £1
We usually do them just after pay day so everyone has money. If it comes round in the morning then people usually wait till after lunch so they can go get some money out.0 -

Dear nykmedia,
Thanks for the post re: Boots and Additions. Most of the stuff I wanted on Boots site was sold out. (Unfortunately, no youngsters in the family at present - keep dropping hints to dear daughter, but falling on deaf ears!) However, a real result on Additions site. Grumpy son wanted new duvet for his new double bed (late Christmas prezzie). Insisted on duck feather not synthetic. Managed to get a 15 tog duck feather duvet in sale, put in code you suggested £1.25 off plus £10.00 off as first order over £25.00. Total cost £17.25 Went through Quidco cash back site and earned 6 per cent. Thank you, thank you.
Thanks to everyone for all the fantastic ideas and recipes - really enjoying this challenge, even though over budget both weeks. Determined to be in budget by end of month (£344.00).
mumzyof2 - if sample of washing pearls is for more than one wash, I will send you some.
