A good sensible response from Peel Holdings - unusual, I must say.  Excel/VCS are their usual car park contractors and where they are involved, you see very few Peel cancellations - Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Liverpool Business Park and other regional airports and retail sites - perhaps Peel are under pressure from them not to cancel PCNs, possible penalties for them to pay if they do cancel tickets?

But, Plan A strikes again here.  I wonder if you would be good enough to give a very short synopsis of your experience and a link to this thread on the 'Successful Complaints ...... thread' please?

As well as posting about your success on the thread linked by Umkomaas, we need you to do one more important thing, please.

We sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Government Public Consultation? Hopefully - amongst all the political disruption - it will be open later this year and at least into January.

Just checking you are among those ready to respond to the questions as you have personal experience of how this crap feels?

This will be your only chance to influence the law.  If that landowner hadn't cancelled it, you would have been bombarded with £170 demands, which is wholly disproportionate, and needs to be stopped.
