Virgin Atlantic family holiday disrupted by airline - they booked us on a different flight

Once again thanks for all the detailed info.
The latest response I've had from Virgin Atlantic, in response to me mentioning uk251 legislation, and the several hours earlier departing time of the flight we were put on (VS 5206), is that flight VS 136 departed several minutes earlier than scheduled, this being the flight we should have been on, as booked by me many weeks before.0 -
