Only panic (but slightly!) if you get a letter of claim. At this moment its just noise. Impressed though with one thing, date of so called contravention was Feb 2022 and here we are at the Final Notice! How many other letters did you receive in the last 6-7months??
Probably one a month since February!

You simply don't want these childish misleading letters, nobody does but this is a Mickey Mouse industry and all those involved have a behaviour problem and as a nurse, you are fully aware what that means ?

It's all Kray Twins / Bonnie and Clyde stuff and we all know what happened to them

Our new PM, Rishi, when he was a junior minister, approved the new code of practice. Then this mickey mouse industry threw their toys out of their pram wanting a Judicial review, hence another consultation.

Nurses etc are going to strike for better pay.  Nobody can blame them with the cost of living crisis. The big question is, will the man who approved the new code do a U-turn when he is now in charge of a very toxic government with a limited life span

Tory MP's know they may have to find new jobs and that is why everyone should complain to their MP.   At the moment this mickey mouse industry is like trying to scrape something nasty from your shoe
