Evri

Can anybody give me some advice.  I sent my grand-daughter some presents , next day delivery, ten days ago. I paid extra for insurance.  There is no way to contact Evri.  The only channel is an automated chat which says it is ready for delivery and has been for a week.  I contacted the CEO as suggested by others and got a promising reply which has now dried up. I have spent a couple of days on this and literally cant get anywhere.  Their site is impenetrable.  They took an insurance fee which is impossible to claim against. It just seems I have lost everything. Its a brick wall.  Is there no omnbudsman , at least for the insurance bit? I will have to buy the presents again this week
