Hair being done this afternoon, ready for holiday. Hairdresser comes to my house and she is very reasonable priced. Much prefer having my hair done in the house.

Back home after a lovely week away in Spain, we had an amazing time and came way under with the spends budget. Not back in work until Wednesday so two days to catch up with everything.

Today's plan is to do a big shop and out for birthday breakfast as yesterday was spent traveling and picking up the dog from the kennel.

Very wet and miserable morning in Wales. Don't think the rain is going to stop today. May have to put the heating on later to hr]help dry the washing that is currently in the machine doing it thing. Hopefully the weather will improve during the week so I can get the holiday clothes washed and dried.

Have to pop to the post office and will call into the charity shop to see if they have any Lisa Jewell books, I read two when I was away, really enjoyed, need to make a little more reading time, lucky if I get through one book a month at the moment.

Back to SW eating, only put on 2lbs while we were away which I am pleased with, need to make sure I drink plenty of water.

Didn't set any goals as the start of the month as we were going away, rest of the month looking for 7 NSD and to make an extra £125, this will bring my 3-6 months emergency fund up to £1500.

Back to work tomorrow, need to sort a few bits for that later.

Lovely dry fresh morning. Dog has been walked and there is a line full of washing already out drying.  :)

Today my mother and DS are visiting and we are going our for lunch which I am really looking forward too. Haven't seen my DS for a few weeks as he is really bust with work, he is building up a new business which is going very well, will get to hear all about it over lunch.

Today has been a work from home day, so I have been able to take advantage of the dry day and get two lines of wash out. Managed to get a few surveys done in-between meetings and my budget for next month as tomorrow is pay-day.

Lovely walk this morning in  apart of the valley we haven't been to in a long time, forgot how beautiful it is and the view of the surrounding area are magnificent. Dog enjoyed his new walking adventure too. As we were walking through the farm lanes a car stop to ask for direction to a wedding venue, that wasn't far away, satnav had directed them off the motorway through miles of country lanes, I did feel sorry for them as they sounded very stressed, there are not many passing points in those lanes.

Managed to get some more washing dried before the heavens opened this afternoon. Hopefully we will have another dry start tomorrow.
Dinner this evening if from the freezer, pizza, I will make a salad and some homemade wedges to accompany the pizza. The next few weeks meals will be from the freezer, I want to do some batch cooking, bolognaise, chill, cottage pie,  however there is just no room in the freezers, have a meal plan written for next week and shouldn't need to buy anything, as its all here.

Yesterday was pay day, money has been moved where it needs to go, bought travel insurance today via cash back site £37.68 and £4.00 cash back when it tracks. Going to look tomorrow to do a bank account switch, the deals seem very good at the moment.

3-6 Months Emergency Fund is coming along nicely currently standing at £1452.45

October already, this year is flying by!

Set myself a few goals for October.
    *A low spend month.
*Grocery budget £250.00.(As I am trying to make room in the freezers £250.00 will by plenty for two adults and a dog, along with cleaning products etc.)
*Make an extra £5.00 per day or £115.00 for the month.
*List 100 items in my eBay shop. (Not done much listing recently, need to make a big effort to get on top of this).

Todays plan is to get some items listed, also have two coats I want to list on Vinted. Dog walk later when the rain easer off. Going to do the bank switch today as well.

    Meals are:
Brunch about 12:30, sausage, bacon, mushroom rolls and some hash browns.
Dinner this evening, lasagne, garlic bread and salad.
Mostly from the freezer apart from the salad, mushroom and rolls.

Received £4.04 interested on my 3-6 Months Emergency savings, very pleased when I heard the notification on my phone this morning.
