Virgin E Isa to 1 year fixed Virgin ISA

Morning all, i have a Virgin E Isa giving me .4% atm. with 21k in it
Seent the  1 year fixed Virgin Isa at 3.85 which is perfect for me as i dont need to access the money.
Can i do this online or via some form as its nigh on impossible to get Virging to answer the phone. :neutral:

    I see you haven't had a reply yet. You can do it online. Its a while since I've had a Virgin ISA but if I recall, at the end of the application process you should be given an option to fund your ISA from an existing account, which will also close that account. If not, or you only want to transfer some across, once the account is open send them a secure message asking them to do the transfer.

    Sorry to butt in your conversation but could you copy me the details of the Virgin ISA issue 532? That is if you applied for this one?
    I need the AER rates for yearly and monthly payment of interest.
    My transfer is going through now but I've lost the paperwork :(
