new ISA with InvestEngine

Looking to open a new ISA with them, interested to know if there's any feedback from existing customers? Costs are very enticing however I am not aware on any downside further to platform risk.

Also, when trading ETFs are you being quoted the live price? Asking as their website only lists the previous day closure price -similar to a non-ETF fund.

You can't place live orders, so that could be considered a downside. They pool orders and execute them in bulk to save on costs, so you won't be able to confirm a price when buying or selling. It's rather like trading in funds. They seem alright for a cheap buy and hold portfolio. I've only used them for a cashback incentive, but they seem ok for modest amounts.
