I too had a parking charge notice from this car park back in 2001, despite having purchased a ticket and being in possession of it as proof. Problem was 1 digit was missing on the ticket (although I am quite certain I entered 3). Long story short after receiving 21 different pieces of correspondence, demands, court papers etc and replying to each of NCP, Trace & B W Legal and Court as and when required (replied to all the court papers but only once or twice to each of the others), NCP fought this all the way to court. However August 2022 the court dismissed NCP claim against me. The reason for the court's dismissal 'the defendant has produced clear evidence of a valid parking ticket and the Claimant has failed to particularise how I failed to comply with its terms and conditions. A huge relief , but just shows how persistent these people are. Needless to say have never used this car park since.4
