    Hey @sourcrates I hope all good with you and you don't mind  me messaging you again.... having nosed around the forum about PRA Group and letters before action, I'm wondering what I should do if I get something like that from them? As I'm buying a house with my partner soon, I really don't want a CCJ or charging order put on our home. Is it better to offer them payment at that stage as opposed to defending it? I did ask for CCAs from the debts which I received and were 'reconstituted' copies and PRA deemed them as enforceable (although one was a microfiche document that couldn't be read!) 

    Looking at other people's posts, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to them taking court action... I read they took action against someone with a 1.5k debt! And another person 22 months after they stopped paying them. I only stopped paying them 12 months ago.
