Hi
Due to take 2 weeks pat leave next month
Is there any calculators that show you what your take home pay will be during that month?

....but much of what your pay would be depends on your contract, ie:
- would your employer give you full pay for 2 weeks
- would your employer give you just statutory minimum
It also depends on if you have shared maternity leave with your other half.0 -

I know what the stat payment I wil get is
I just want to see its impact on take home pay for the month (as tax, NI, student loan etc will differ as less wages)0 -
I think it's still a question of what your employer is paying - full or stat minimum.
My previous employer would pay the full amount but with some fiddly bits on the pay slip to show what portion of that was the m/pat stat amount. And then do the deductions. There could end up being differences of a few pennies but nothing major as far as I was aware.
So best to talk to your manager, HR, payroll, someone at work who actually knows what's going to happen.

I conveniently got covid and took sick leave...conveniently at full pay.
SPP is extremely unfair and out of touch. If you're working from home you have greater flex anyway to be on hand.0 -
What your take home pay would be depends on your total pay to date and your tax code. There is no one size fits all0
