PCN for parking in Parent and Child bay at a nursery despite having a child there

That's reassuring, thanks. They will be contacted first thing in the morningCoupon-mad said:Apparently the PPC is contracted by the park landlord (Savills). It would be futile to speak to them as the signage says they cannot intervene in any dispute. You think? We say the opposite!
Surely you've seen from the Successful Complaints thread linked early in the NEWBIES thread, that Savills are normally great at stepping in if people are polite but persistent with a complaint? Among the best.

I wouldn't worry too much about - I would probably say that "my child is at the nursery and I can provide further details if needed" without disclosing your childs details to them - and even then just maybe a screenshot of your direct debit covering that period (blank out your account balance and blank out the amount paid to the nursery as if they think you've got money in the bank then they'll keep pushing for payment).familyguy321 said:Question: If the driver were to appeal, does the confirmation from nursery that the child is registered need to be included in that appeal?2 -

Update: spoke to Savills and explained the situation. Person who could help was not in so left my number.
I have since had a call back from that person who asked me to email over the details, which I have done.
Sounds positive. Will wait until confirmation received of a cancellation before celebrating.

Haha, so the signs lie. They CAN intervene!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

It would appear so - I've just received an email confirming it has been cancelled. Wohoo!Coupon-mad said:Haha, so the signs lie. They CAN intervene!
Thank you @Coupon-mad, @95Rollers for your help & advice - I'm relieved that the process was a lot less stressful this time round!

Has the nursery confirmed the car is part of a parking parcel for them and if so who and what evidence have they provided.?
NB: The reason I ask that is the sign states 'child must be accompanied
by an adult' - Some may bash my post but it is worth considering, looking into.
Was the nursery open for business that day and if it was what time of day was it, please?
Good luck1
