Yes, and "UK" doesn't include the Channel Islands. I don't know of any Irish ITs but if there are any note that Irish stamp duty is 1%.aroominyork said:Do only UK domiciled ITs (so not Irish) attract stamp duty?

Generally, if an investment company is UK listed, but non-UK domiciled, you would not be subject to UK stamp duty when you buy its shares. UK domiciled ETFs now have a special exemption to level the playing field, but I still haven't encountered any of those.aroominyork said:Do only UK domiciled ITs (so not Irish) attract stamp duty?

As suggested, I've emailed Quilter to ask if they can add the fund. Will report back when I hear from them.0

"Request for new assets to be added to our platform, ordinarily come through financial advisers, and are assessed on the level of demand. At this time, we are unable to accept new asset request directly from customers".

Have been doing a bit more research and apparently Ruffer Diversified Return is the daily dealt version of the Total Return Fund, so looks like that's the one I should go for.0

I mentioned this on the previous pageAged said:Have been doing a bit more research and apparently Ruffer Diversified Return is the daily dealt version of the Total Return Fund, so looks like that's the one I should go for.
Ruffer run the same strategy across different funds so whilst it's the same strategy and should do similar to the Total Return Fund if you looked at the holdings of both they will be different.1 -

You might want to check the fund class as that determines the fee - plus your platform fees.
I have a decent chunk in RICA but the funds aren't the cheapest especially if you're paying a decent platform fee
