Is it a fixed period or easy access cash ISA. Do you know the issue number? At 0.8% interest it is almost certainly better transferred into another ISA or even cashed in if you are earning less than £1000 across all your savings (but depends on your income and tax band).

As of a couple of weeks ago Santander were offering 3.7% for a 1 year fixed rate ISA I think - so probably worth looking at a transfer even if you just stay with Santander. Do check out the interest penalty if you withdraw from a fix though.
