Morrisons More Card - is it worth it?

I sacked it off when they stole my accrued benefits3

Next to worthless. I bought over £50 worth of petrol ... and got 195 points worth 19.5 pence! Not worth your time of day!
Sainsbury's Nectar and Tesco's Clubcard give far bigger discounts on lots of individual groceries all the time ... unconditionally.
The 2nd time I tried to use it the self-checkout wouldn't scan it and there was no staff anywhere near to help, then on the same visit I got a tank full of petrol and it wouldn't apply it retrospectively unlike other supermarkets where retrospective application was a doddle. Left with zero points!1 -

Anyway, I've got £15 of accrued vouchers, mostly from the bouns point offers in their app. So not really next to worthless (although I agree the other supermarkets are better value which is why I don't do my 'main' shop in Morrisons).2 -
Just had a check and have acquired and spent £130 of fivers since August 2023, so well worth having in my view never mind the other offers you get when using card.
Our weekly shop would be between £50 and £65 so not what I would call excessive0 -
I rarely shop at Morrisons as I find it the most expensive for the things I buy. However, we have just discovered that with a More card we can buy a meal deal for £3.50, and this can include a medium salad from the salad bar, plus a good choice of snacks and a drink. We have nipped in on our way to a day out to buy this a few times this summer - more expensive than making a packed lunch from scratch, but cheaper than eating out and more interesting (and filling) than the sandwiches which usually make up a meal deal.3

I have the more card but as I rarely use Morrisons I don’t get a lot of “rewards” from it. I got a lot of points offers 5000 points no minimum spend, 2000 points no minimum spend plus it was my birthday in July so got the free chocolates. So I did go in a few times a got a couple of bits that are the same price there as Tesco/aldi. Otherwise it’s rubbish:money::rotfl::T1

I am new to both Morrisons and the More Card. I seem to save up to £5 on an average £50 shop, when I scan my More App, and I am getting points as I go, and am half way to my first 'Fiver'... Now, I do not know how Morrisons compare to other Supermarkets, but for me others are too far away anyway. So... IF a person is using Morrisons for shopping, then Absolutely Useless The More App on your phone. Average 10% off each shop, and a Fiver each month or so... What's not to like with that?0

My Morrisons points have been regularly been clocking up recently on account of going to the Cafe a few times.
However, the numbers show I will need to spend £100 in order to get a £5 voucher - a good return amongst schemes of its sort, but still a long wait yet...
OTOH, I've just got my biggest one-shop discount ever on the Lidl App: £5.17 discount on £21.29 spend.1 -
Up until start of August no. It gave almost no benefit. Now yes.Looks like they shifted strategy and is now loads of more offers, extra bonus points as well, I have got more points in a month than in the entire year before August.0
