    Reason for the ticket was:
Not only did you park without a valid permit, according to the Highway Code – Waiting and Parking Rule 243, you should not stop or park:
    • Where the kerb has been lowered to help wheelchair users and powered mobility vehicles or
    • Park opposite or within 10 metres (32 feet) of a junction, except in an authorised parking space.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
