Yes it is. I think we're £24.99 for the broadband (we have the home hub and phone), and we're about £36 a month including the line rental.

yes, the hub phone has it's own number so can be used almost as a 2nd line

I've got the vision box as well, works fine

But remember the hub phone can only be used for free calls at the evening and weekends - you'll pay at all other times. It's still handy though.
  • Thanks everyone for that.

Is it worth it for the package? You can can cheaper packages (Post office), but cheapest isnt always best.

It depends. It works for us as we have 3 desktops, (and a laptop when my dh is at home). The kids also play Xbox live and go online with the Wii. We get our money's worth as there's nearly always more than one person online at once. If we went for a cheaper option it would probably cost us a fortune as we have unlimited monthly downloads with BT. It's still pretty fast even when there's a few of you on at once.

I've been with Broadband for a few years and never had any problems. Since we got the hub we very occassionally get cut off. We just unplug the hub and then plug it in again and it's always worked straight away again. That's the only negative I can think of it. And as I said it's not that frequent (maybe once or twice a fortnight).
  • Set up box over the w/e well pleased only one niggle the above, rang help they suggested change leads and pump up brightness on telly.

Tried all that no joy anyone came across same problem?

    Cheers.
