Broadband Genie Vodafone voucher is still showing in progress

I am a long time user of MSE..

Recently bought Vodafone fibre optic broadband through MSE website from broadband genie. I was promised £150 Amazon voucher. But the voucher tracker is still showing "in progress" even after 1 month after internet installation.

I have contacted Broadband Genie twice but the reply was simply "we are still awaiting order confirmation from Vodafone". 

Don't know what to do? Did anyone have similar problems?

I can't speak for Broadband Genie specifically, but my experience of cashback vouchers with other suppliers is that they can take 3-4 months to be paid.

Was there anything promised about payment times in the offer, or on Broadband Genie's site?

I've just used Broadband Genie to move to Vodafone and they quote "After your sale has been approved and we have received payment from the provider, you will receive your voucher via email. This takes an average of 120 days (from installation), however, this can take longer depending on the provider."
