Best way to pay for fuel?

Cash back is worth it. The Chase debit card is paying 1% cash back on normal spending I’ve had it since May and already on £100 back. Just remember it’s not a credit card so no S75 protection.ash0402 said:Hi thanks for all your replies everyone, I get paid milage for travel so no tax issues etc. Simply looking to maximise what I can get in return as at the moment I fill up at asda purely because of the price, sainsburys is also cheap but I'm not too clued up on the nectar points. Not sure if cashback on a credit card would be worth it?1 -
Although I don't think S75 would really provide protection for fuel purchases anyway ... if you buy 60 litres at £1.80 per litre for £108, is that a £108 item or is it 60 items at £1.80 each?MX5huggy said:

Eh? it's a single purchase of 60 litres, value £108, so S75 applies.
No free lunch, and no free laptop

Has anyone ever actually made a s75 claim relating to a tank of petrol?0
