Receive message that a post has been created?

Sorry for the vague title to this thread.

I often have threads that I have created and ones that I have posted replies on, all active at one time. Often the threads are fairly active, so I'm happy to keep looking at progress. But sometimes the threads quieten down and posts come in a few days after the last one and I miss them, cos I've stopped looking.

Is there a way for me to receive prompts (say, by email or somewhere within the forum) that tells me that someone has just created a post on one of those threads that I've either created or posted on?

I've found this possible on other forums - I choose to receive these prompts and I get emails..

Yes, click on the flag to bookmark it (arrow), keep an eye on the notification bell (circled).

If you want emails go into your profile to change the settings, however you'll get one each time someone replies, rather than a daily email.

There are various settings in your preferences as well depending on how verbose you want the notifications to be.
