Can anyone confirm if you need to be on a pure Octopus tariff to be eligible for the saving sessions? Or has registration closed?
I am trying to get my Dad set up and he got the message "sorry, you're not eligible". Going through thr Octopus FAQ, we've not managed to work out why. He has a SMETS 2 meter, HH data and appears not to have any gaps in his readings. But he has a CoOp Flexible tariff. Is this the thing that is stopping him from being eligible? Having double checked the Octopus flexible tariff, the rates are identical, so he didn't seem to be against changing his tariff to give him access to the Savings Sessions, if that is what is needed.4.3kW PV, 3.6kW inverter.
