Lebara Linking Sim card accounts

We currently have two SIM cards with Lebara. One is still in its promotional period, and the other on an old MSE tariff they no longer offer. Due to chasing promotions, these sims are currently lined to accounts with the incorrect email addresses.

Is it possible to de-link sims from these accounts and consolidate them on to one enduring account I can manage for the longer term? (not looking to chase anymore Lebara offers)

Will doing so impact any promotional offers or exclusive tariffs?
