Jet2: How long to receive compensation payment

Hi,

At the end of September I received confirmation that I will be getting compensation from jet2 for 2 delayed flights. It has now been a month and I am yet to receive any money. Within the email it states to not contact them as it may slow down the payment. 

Does anyone have any experience of how long it takes to receive payment from Jet2 after the compensation is confirmed?

I also received confirmation at the end of September and have not received any payment yet. I have e-mailed to ask how much longer it will take but not received a response.

Just had positive response to my claim and the letter says payment will take up to 60 days
