Plusnet reward card

Why are they not Honouring the reward card! when it states clearly on their website and others it is available to new customers, I signed up and it’s all set up, but no card, I’ve contacted Plusnet and the case has been escalated however I have not received any communication for a month now, in all it’s been over 4 months and still no card or contact from them, this is not good enough!! Any suggestions on this issue

    If you contacted them by phone, try posting on their forum as well. I've had a good response from them via the forum when I've asked questions in the past.

    The best board to post in is "My Account/Billing". Most of the complaints about not receiving reward cards are posted or moved to that area by the moderators.
