Speakerphone

Apologies if this is a really stupid question but how to you 'switch on' the speakerphone function on an android phone?

I have a Motorola running android 12. Can't seem to find any information on how to control the speakerphone - not sure if it is a built in function or do I need to download an app?

Dail the number you want then you should see like a mega phone that's if your using the Google phone app should look same or similar on other calling apps
