Easyjet voucher codes not working

I've had about 3 separate emails over the last year telling me I have 5 vouchers totalling about £100 which I've not used.  I've tried on many separate occasions to use just one (the most value) and computer say no.  The only two their system accepts online are for £10 each.  If I wanted to use them all against one flight I have to "Contact them" but it just opens another Easyjet page which gives no contact details apart from sending them a letter and waiting 28 days for a reply.

I'm not really that bothered about using them but just irritated that they keep sending me emails extending the dates but then unable to use them.  

Does anyone have a magic number I can actually speak to a person?
