co-op bank - view my Everyday Rewards

I've just seen that the co-operative bank everyday rewards eligibility can be checked/tracked via online banking:

https://www.co-operativebank.co.uk/help-and-support/faqs/accounts/current-account/everyday-rewards/where-can-i-view-my-everyday-rewards/PROD-8064

Was able to locate it on online banking after logging in.

I've done all the qualifying criteria this month. When does online banking show that I qualified (or not)?

Is it similar to the Halifax Bank rewards tracker. i.e. takes a few days to update after fulfilling criteria?

    It's a long way behind.

As far as I can tell, the assessment is done on a calendar month basis, with the relevant rewards paid somewhere around the middle of the next calendar month. I received my rewards in respect of September on 18 October. However, the tracker in Online Banking still says nothing about the rewards due in respect of September: it hasn't been updated since the end of August..

They will send you an email every single month to tell you whether you meet the condition for reward for the current month.

True. However, if my experience is anything to go by, that e-mail arrives after the money is already in the account (assuming that you do qualify). For example, I said above that my September rewards were paid on 18 October. The e-mail telling me that I qualified was sent just after 0800 on 19 October.

Also, the e-mail only tells you that you have or have not qualified. It doesn't go into the detail that the tracker does. Here, for example, is what the tracker had to say about my account for November 2021:

(I failed on the DDs because my switch from TSB completed after all of that month's had already been paid.)

Common sense. isn't it ?? People could do that in the last minutes.People are not expecting to get a message every single hours/minutes to get reminder to pay are not they ??
The purpose of that is not to check it for you. You could easily see it from your  online account. How many DDs you have made, whether you have transfer £800 on that month ??
It is just telling you whether you qualify  or not. So if you miss this month, you will pay attention next month. Noone knows better than you how many DDs you have made, whether you have transfer £800 on that month ??

Can you please expand on '..because my switch from TSB completed after all of that month's had already been paid..'. Do you mean, you switched from Tsb to co-op bank and 4 direct debits were switched across from Tsb. They should've switched across before 1 December, but instead switched across on or after 1 December, so counted towards the co-op rewards December rewards cycle (not November)?

The account was opened on 24 October. However, the switch didn't complete until 17 November. There were no further DDs due that month because TSB had already paid all of my November DDs between 1 and 9 November. The first post-switch DDs were paid by Co-op on 1 December. December was therefore the first month in which I qualified for Rewards.

Yes, my DDs were switched across from TSB. I could probably have talked to my council, energy provider, water supplier etc. and manually transferred some DDs in time for the November collections, and thus qualified for November rewards, but I was of the view that it wasn't worth the effort for £1.
