Hi. Re the 2nd public consultation re proposed new CoP.... I'm keen to comment. Any update on when this will be? Which post am I best monitoring for an update/notification re this?

No news as yet, but Rishi is going to have to sort out his DLUHC junior ministers to serve under Michael Gove before anything gets underway I suspect. No doubt there will be a standalone new thread about it, but it is intended to use the following current sticky to make any early announcements.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

It will take a while yet, because the Public Consultation (the third, in fact!) is dependent upon an Impact Assessment.
That would have to be signed off by whichever Minister at DLUHC gets the parking project for more than 5 minutes, once the political 'musical chairs' game ends! Hopefully still this year...but at this rate the Public Consultation could well be into early 2023 IMHO.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
