Imagine our surprise when we found our house relisted on RM after we had completed! Turns out it was finger trouble on the EA’s part and it was not being sold from under our noses….
Hopefully that’s the case in your situation!1 -

In all fairness after 3 months they probably felt there were problems with the applicationBIBA phone call from the EA to warn of intention to relist, would have been a ‘gentle nudge to hurry up’1 -
So are you ready to exchange?0

Phone the EA and tell them you want it off the market again now. It's probably an error, because it's hard to see why the vendor would have asked for this without you being informed or warned.0

This was my exact situation last year. We were ready to go, buyer had done all the legals but after a 3 month wait was rejected and he pulled out.
That's not to say they shouldn't have told you they are doing this but it might be they are getting back up interest and will soon give you an ultimatum. Where are you with your offer now?
I wouldn't have thought it likely that the vendors would ditch you and start from scratch with somebody else.0 -
Contact the agent, the listing might have been a system error.
If you are now ready to exchange/complete then don't see why the seller would not allow you.
Was the listing the same price as before?0 -
Is it listed at the same price?0
