Please, really...DO NOT pay any private parking charge for a quiet life. We get it...but please don't!
People who do so, fund not only the next scam PCNs against less well-informed victims but those people ALSO funded the two Judicial Reviews that blocked the new Statutory Code of Practice this year and effectively held the Government to ransom.
