Thanks everyone, aunts phoning DWP to see if they can send a statement out.

Also doing what Marcon suggested. Can only do it via link if it’s the actual person applying, as my aunts applying on his behalf, I’ll get a letter done and she can sign it and enclose proof of Poe etc. Unfortunately I can’t get to my aunt until Thursday next week, so will be a while before we get replies.
