Impulsive Spending… Make It Stop!

It’s Friday 🥳 and I have a day off! 😍

My hairdresser friend is coming over in about an hour to put in my new extensions. She removed the old ones last night, which was really tough - I think the extensions brand have changed their glue as they didn’t want to come out!!! Ouchy. After they were removed she dyed my roots.

Her partner went out to McDonald’s while I was there & brought us back a chicken burger each ☺️ Bless him!

Apparently my natural hair is still healthy & my friend reassured me that the extensions have done no damage. I have no gaps (aka bald patches) and as she only bleaches the roots the hair is in good condition. In saying that, we both agreed that my hair would probably benefit from having less bleach, so in June/July time we’ll start to go a bit darker.

I’ll take the girls out somewhere after lunch & then I’ll drop them off at their dad’s house after dinner. Tomorrow I’ve got the day in London with my mum where we are going for afternoon tea 🙂 Looking forward to it!

London yesterday was lovely 😊 The sandwiches & cakes at the afternoon tea were delicious! We went for a mooch around Selfridges afterwards (I didn’t buy anything 😇) and before getting the train back we had a couple of cocktails in All Bar One 😁 I was a bit tipsy! Lightweight 😂

Today was less exciting… I did 4 hours of work this afternoon even though it’s a Sunday! This is what happens when I book a day off.

I’ve sold a dress that I have never worn, DD2’s old coat, and a hand mixer that I’ve never used so in total that’s £14.13 towards the Very account. £11.62 to go before I can pay it off!
