I am asking for a friend who recently booked flights with WizzAir through lastminute.com and to cut a long story short, the flights were cancelled both ways in July and told a refund would be with her in 14 days, that was 4 months ago and now they are telling her that Lastminute.com have had the money and Lastminute.com are saying no they haven’t, go back to WizzAir, so she is getting passed from pillow to post between the two.

Does anyone have any suggestions where she can go next and is there a anything on Resolver that might help in this situation?

Have her check her WizzAir account at www.WizzAir.com as I think the airline first applies as WizzAir credits following cancelled flights.  These can be used for a future flight purchase and tend to have a 20% uplift value on them. From WizzAir credits you can if you prefer cash out and apply for a refund (which would be her right following an airline instigated cancellation).

This would be in the booking holders account though, which wouldn't be the OP. I have taken the 120% as Wizz Credit doesn't last long in my account, this won't be the case for most people.

That doesn't negate the fact that LM are responsible for refunding OP under the conditions of contract with them. Wizz aren't always the quickest to refund, but I haven't heard of them taking 4 months for a simple flight refund, so as long as LM have requested it, the refund should be with them already.
