So after failing to answer the message for 2 weeks, then saying OH had a switch incentive on another named ac (which they now accept is incorrect) they've now responded to her latest missive, that there is a switch offer on their 'switching tool' & payment dating to Nov 2021 but they don't know which account it was paid on.

Sounds like secret code for an Excel Spreadsheet!

So should have been paid by today but nothing received.  Phoned them up confirmed I met criteria and should have been paid but hasn’t been so now gonna have to investigate but that departments closed at weekend.

Have a feeling I’m not gonna get it for whatever reason. Anyone else in this situation?

My switch completed on 23rd August.
I've complied with all the requirements but still waiting to receive £160.
Looks like I will have to phone them up soon.

    Edit:
I've just realised why I haven't received it.
I have a lonstanding business account with Santander.
When my 123 account was opened, it appeared alongside my business account on my usual login.
I didn't need to use the login details they sent with the 123 application to use the new account.
Reading the terms and conditions it says within 60 days you must have:  "logged onto Santander Online or Mobile Banking at least once using details for your personal account (i.e. not any business accounts you may hold with Santander)."

My fault for not reading the TOC's carefully enough. But I don't understand why this condition exists - I didn't need the new login details, and didn't want separate logins for the same bank.

No harm in phoning them anyway

So not entitled apparently, if you don’t hear anything in 90 days you’ll probably not get it.  I phoned several times “Oh yes you’re entitled” apparently I had a switch bonus back about 6 years ago
