Got mine yesterday and a few days before my first lot of interest with Esaver account. So far the only glitch with moving to Santander is my Southern Water DD failing to appear or when it did not being paid. But I think all those glitches are the Water Companies fault. See if it goes out next month.
I’m wondering at what point I should contact them? Still nothing here. My switch completed 13/9
Ditto....
I phoned them. They told me it can take up to 90 days, start of December at latest
I know, but that isn't the usual... They couldn't confirm you qualified? And note that the 90 days is from instruction - not from switch. I think my instruction was 3 or 4 weeks before my switch date.

She put me on hold and contacted the switch team, they said I had met all the criteria and it can take up to 90 days, start of December at latest
And still the wait continues. Anyone else still waiting? Looks like they’re dragging this right to the end.
So after failing to answer the message for 2 weeks, then saying OH had a switch incentive on another named ac (which they now accept is incorrect) they've now responded to her latest missive, that there is a switch offer on their 'switching tool' & payment dating to Nov 2021 but they don't know which account it was paid on.
'Ring the switching team..' they finally said.
I suspect it may have been on an account we've switched out, so cba wasting more of our or their time on it.
So we have a Santander ac primed for switching out...
