Hi,
We've been with Virgin Media for what must be nearly 20 years. I'm not too sure exactly.
We have been paying £67.50 (a little less before inflation increase). They want to start charging us £127.50.
We have always been successful in negotiations but just in case the offer isn't very good or even non-existent, are there any suggestions out there? Their email reminder wasn't very encouraging.
We have M350 fibre broadband, Maxit TV, additional TV V6 box, Sky Cinema, premium rate call barring, talk weekends. Line rental obvs.
Last time, we said we were happy to drop talk weekends as we don't really use the landline anymore but they said they would throw that in.
Any advice please.
