Secure A Space - Parking Collection Services (PCS) POPLA Appeal

I got a parking ticket in Canary Wharf on Harbour Wy., London E14 9ZE 51.499433, -0.019078. I have had my initial challenge rejected and Secure A Space/Parking Collection Services have provided a POPLA Appeal. I have had a look on the forum following the advice on the FAQ advise but I cannot see any recent POPLA appeals for this PPC - looking at this example https://drive.google.com/file/d/1v_W_UseWdI_d_9WWMUfVecx0uDUYOwKs/view. I now want to formulate my appeal but was wondering if I can use the  BPA Code of Practice Grace Period if there is a 20mins difference between the time from when the vehicle was observed to the time the ticket was issued? Any other points to mention in the appeal would be welcome.

Haven't seen them for a long time.

What reason was the PCN issued for?

Was the driver authorised as a visitor (or patron of a business) to be there, as opposed to the alternative: randomly pulling over onto private land, to nip to a shop across the road?

Did the first appeal include words that admit to driving or (similarly) did the appellant choose 'driver' on a menu of choices?

Can you show (redacted of your name & address and VRM/PCN numbers but leaving the dates all visible) the PCN - BOTH sides.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The reason for the PCN is failure to display a valid permit I was there visiting a friend and stayed overnight. I actually arrived just after parking attendant issued the ticket and tried to get it cancelled but it was too late. He told me to speak to management. Then I spoke to my friend to contact the building management but they said the parking is managed separately with nothing to do with them and there was no one on site to speak to. On harbour way there isn't any bays to park but there is enough space to park along the buildings as you can see in the picture I've attached .

I was the latter on private land visiting a friend.

I selected I am the Registered Keeper on my appeals

I have attached the NTD & NTK

The NTK is for £120 so fails POFA.

Easy one to win at POPLA.

Fails POFA and breaches the BPA CoP due to the demand exceeding the £100 cap.

    Things have changed.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Nope.

Stick with the usual POPLA template points as per the NEWBIEs thread, not grace periods.

But of course, the winning point we already observed above, will be your FIRST point.

Have you already blabbed about who was driving in the first appeal, or did you come here first and avoid that error?

No no admissions as to who was driving has been made.

I have received the following error when trying to submit my POPLA appeal - "The number you entered appears to be invalid or may have expired. Please contact the private parking operator." I just realised that the 28 day period which ended on the 20th October which is a day after I started this thread. What options do I have now? Can I ask the PPC for another? I made a mistake of not checking the deadline for the appeal and I have now completed the POPLA appeal but I cannot submit :'( .
