Advice on Plan A

I sought some advice on Facebook and their's a guy guaranteeing that he will win the appeal. All the replies I got are saying to use him.
He charges £15 and if he fails he says he will pay the charge. Anyone know if this is dodgy?
Maybe he just takes the £15 and follows plan B on this forum...

Just read something on here about Tony Taylor and looks like I may be right.0

We give advice for free.
I do not know any of the regulars who would recommend you use a paid for appeals service. Have you looked on Trustpilot at their ratings?
I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Tony Taylor used to work for UKPC.
Save your money. We even do court defences that win, completely free of charge. Out of his league...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for all the advice everyone. Today was the 14th day so tomorrow the bribe will run out.
So after reading some more posts, including the long drawn out appeals processes on the newbies thread and also the failure story posted by robertcox999 after all the work he put in here:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6155269/court-claim-received-need-a-little-reassurance-that-im-in-the-right-direction/p8
I decided to cave in and pay the £60. It pained me to do it and I wanted to push the company all the way because I hate what they are doing. But the signs (in my OP) clearly state to park within a bay and they have four photos of my car outside it. Claiming I have a disability seemed a weak case for ignoring their signs (weaker than robertcox999 and his failed). Also I really don't need the hassle of such a drawn out process and loads of work only for it to fail and cost more even more money. I have a busy life, not much money and ill health to factor into all this (I know GroupNexus are just taking advantage of people like me).
Thanks anyway. I will still be complaining to the shopping centre. If it helps anyone else it was at Castle Dene Shopping Centre and they can be emailed on info@castledenepeterlee.co.uk. They were absolutely useless in helping me.0 -
What a waste of money, why on earth did you fall for the mugs discount period
You have just gone and thrown £60 down the drain

Would have been so easy to win. There was absolutely no need to pay.
Always a shame when someone funds (effectively sponsors) the rogue industry.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

How come it wasn't easy for robertcox999 then? He seemed to have a better case than me?Coupon-mad said:Would have been so easy to win. There was absolutely no need to pay.
