I was just confused about the email address to send the defence as I couldn’t find the option to send the defence via email on the court pack :-S

You don't actually need to send the defence to the claimant as that will be done by CCBC.

Hi All,

I received the Form N180, small claims directions questionnaire and I just have 2 questions:

(1) D1 has changed to suitability of determination without a hearing. Do I answer yes or no to this question?

(2) Do I send the form by post or email?

read it all and it will answer the question; you can send the form by e-mail as per the checklist in the defence template thread that you were following.

I am new to moneysavingexpert so am not sure how to navigate around the forums.

My final question is that on the final page of the N180 form, under the signature box it says to “return it to the court at the address shown on the form N149A”. Do I return it via recorded or special delivery?
