How to open account with foreign account number from UK - Revolut maybe???

Hi,
I am owed some money from abroad (EU) but apparently the only way I can get it is to either go to a branch and get it in cash (not an options as there are no branches in the UK and travelling abroad would cost more than the amount I'd get) or have it transferred to a bank account in my name in that country (they can't send it to my UK account or to an account in someone else's name).
So I'm wondering, is there a way to open a foreign bank account from the UK?
I've been looking into it a bit and it seems I can't open an account with a local bank there as I'm not a resident and don't have proof of address (I could open an account if I visited a branch in person, but that would require travel abroad).
I came across Revolut - they appear to operate internationally. I don't know anything about them so, is there an option to open account with a domestic account number of a different country?
I just want to open a basic account, get the money deposited there and transfer it to my UK account immediately after.
Thank you!

Thanks, but unfortunately, the money is in neither of those countries. I don't need IBAN, I need the account number in local format (like sort code and acc. number for UK accounts).fonesaver said:

I should specify, I need a Czech account number in this format: 6-10numbers/4numbers. The first part is the account number (6-10 numbers depending on account) and the other part is a 4 digit code of the bank (something like a sort code).0

Here is how they can send your Czech Krona directly to your UK account

Won't work either, it has to be transferred to a Czech bank account or withdrawn in person at a branch in cash. The money is owed to me by a company and they do not allow any other options (I tried, but apparently there is no other way). So I either have to travel to Czech Republic (that would cost more than the amount owed) or have it sent to a Czech account in my name (which I don't have). I really don't know what to do...Daliah said:Here is how they can send your Czech Krona directly to your UK account

Why can’t they use a money transfer service, or alternatively, a transfer from their Czech bank account to your UK one?Yorkie006 said:

Why wont they send it to a non-czech account?
You are probably going to have to look at local solutions there and see if any options exist. The likes of Wise will give you a receiving account in certain countries but unfortunately Czech Republic isnt one of them.0 -
Fineco lets you have a Czech Krona account https://finecobank.co.uk/public/banking/multicurrency/
It's a bit cumbersome to set up a Fineco account, and everything takes ages but with some patience, it should work0
