Anyone know the email server details for G.Network please?

Options
I've just changed ISP to G.Network. I need to change the server details on my email settings which are currently those of my old ISP. I rang G.Network's technical help number and after 20 minutes someone answered the phone but said they were the receptionist and the call had come through to them because no one had answered in technical support! I told them my query and they said they would get someone to ring me but so far no one has. Does anyone know what the email server details are for G.Network please?  Goodness knows why they don't tell you this when you join or have the information on their website.

Probably because most people don't need them?
The prevalence of apps and the likes of Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo means you don't need them, as the service handles all those.

Set up the SMTP server of the email provider first and see if it goes.  It probably will.

Either way you're losing your current ISP supplied address so just sign up to outlook or Gmail and then when you move provider you can keep your email address.

Edit: they don't host their own email

I don't use an ISP supplied address or Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo - I have my own domain, which I want to continue using. Surely there must be a way around this?

If you have your own domain, why are you sending through ISP mail servers? Surely your domain host has hosted email?

I use https://www.smtp2go.com for my outgoing email in similar circumstances to the OP.

Did you not think that was worth mentioning?
If you had to use the ISP SMTP server then that suggests they were intercepting the traffic.  What Ive already said still applies - set your outgoing server to the one provided by the domain hosting the email and see if it goes.  Assuming you don't have something with the ISP email in the server address, that is.

Or use a third party service.

My old ISP is my domain host.

    That might complicate things.
Are you continuing to use your old ISP for hosting?
If not, do you have a new hosting agreement with a different service provider?

Yes, I am continuing to use them. I have asked them if I can continue to use their emails servers and I'm waiting for a reply. If not MSE_James's solution sounds as if it will solve my problem.
