Can someone tell me what the offer was before the 8000 points offer? I think it was spend £2000 in the first 2 months and get ?? avios points. I remember looking at the 8000 offer and thinking I was glad I got the earlier one as I wouldn't spend that on the retailers they mentioned.0

Regarding my earlier post, my wife is still waiting for the Nectar points to be added to her account, despite meeting the conditions. The card was taken out in September and after contacting Sainburys customer service she was told that the points were due to be added on 2nd January. As we have heard nothing further, and the points have not been added can anyone provide details of the complaints procedure. Cheers0
